Brighton Gardens, a senior-living community, will host a free lunch and program today for veterans today.
There also will be information about the Veterans Administration “Aid and Attendance” benefit program that helps offset the cost of assisted living.
The program begins at 10:30 a.m. and includes a 21-gun salute by the West Carrollton VFW Honor Guard, presenting an American flag to the center’s most senior veteran and a pin ceremony.
Lunch for a visitor is $7. Brighton Gardens is at 6800 Paragon Road.
