A child was seriously injured today, Nov. 20, as a result of a two-vehicle accident in Turtlecreek Twp. near the Shaker Run Golf Course, according to reports.

Emergency crews received a call at approximately 2:30 p.m. to respond to a two-vehicle crash at Ohio 741 and Greentree Road. Dispatchers reported that one child suffered a severe head laceration and was transported to the hospital. At least five other children were also transported from the scene.

Sheila Agee, a nurse from Lebanon, came upon the scene after the accident occurred and rendered aid to some of the children. Agee said that at least six kids and two adults were in one vehicle involved in the crash.
