BEAVERCREEK -- An early morning single-car crash at 12:38 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, on the U.S 35 eastbound ramp to I-675 sent Davis Allbery, 19, of Spring Valley, to Miami Valley Hospital in critical condition.

Allbery was eastbound on the the U.S. 35 ramp to I-675 when he apparently lost control, drove off the left side of the road and struck a guardrail, according to Sgt. Jim Wuebben of the Beavercreek Police Department. The car flipped over and Allbery was ejected from the vehicle, Wuebben said.

The eastbound ramp was closed during the investigation, but was reopened at 5 a.m.

The crash remains under investigation, and anyone who witnessed it is asked to contact the Beavercreek Police Department at 426-1225.
