DAYTON — With support from Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio, the Community Action Partnership of the Greater Dayton Area will provide eligible families up to $200 to assist with their natural gas heating bills this winter.
The program is designed to assist households who may have already qualified for utility payment assistance from the Winter Crisis Program, the partnership said in a news release.
For a family of four, household income must be between $38,588 and $44,100 to qualify for assistance. Funds may pay to connect service, prevention disconnection, or pay a current or past due bill.
The program will continue through March 31 or until all funds are depleted.
For more information or to make an appointment, contact Community Action Partnership at (937) 341-5000 ext. 114.
