DAYTON — Dayton area residents can expect rain possibly mixed with snow showers throughout Thursday, Dec. 3, according to Myron Padgett, meteorologist for the National Weather Service in Wilmington.
The chance for snow, however, is only 20 percent throughout Thursday, he said, so sleds are still out of the picture.
Today’s high is to be in the upper 40s with the low tonight in the upper 30s, he said. Thursday’s high should be in the upper 30s with the low overnight in the mid 20s.
Friday should be partly cloudy with highs in the mid 30s and lows into the lower 20s, Padgett said.
Saturday and Sunday should both be partly cloudy, he said. Saturday’s high should be in the low 30s, with lows in the lower 20s. Sunday’s highs should be in the 40s, he said.
No significant snowfall is predicted in the next 7 days, he said.
