BROOKVILLE — Brookville fire crews responded to 3493 Sulphur Springs Road shortly before 6 p.m. and extinguished a semi tractor trailer that was on fire.

The truck was parked in a barn on the property when it caught fire. A Perry Twp. spokesperson said the residents used a tractor to pull the semi from the barn. The spokesperson also said the cause is believed to be electrical.

The barn was not damaged.
