Semi catches fire in Perry Township

BROOKVILLE — Brookville fire crews responded to 3493 Sulphur Springs Road shortly before 6 p.m. and extinguished a semi tractor trailer that was on fire.

The truck was parked in a barn on the property when it caught fire. A Perry Twp. spokesperson said the residents used a tractor to pull the semi from the barn. The spokesperson also said the cause is believed to be electrical.

The barn was not damaged.

gee, wonder if the police chief was at the art institute working or the GREENE? must be nice to triple dip and drive a township vehicle for all jobs..wonder why matty heck doesn't look into it?? oh thats right, he's a demoncrat. thick as thieves.
