At least three people were injured when a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old male rolled over in Darke County at 1:13 a.m., according to the Darke County Sheriff’s office. Authorities believe alcohol was a factor in the accident, which occurred in the 7400 block of North Star-Fort Loramie Road.
Six people were in the vehicle. WHIO-TV reports that all were teenagers. Two were transported to Wayne HealthCare in Greenville and one was transported to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton by the Mobile Intensive Care Unit. Weather conditions prevented CareFlight from operating, officials said.
Names were not released so conditions were unavailable at press time.
The accident remains under investigation.
