Woman dies in single-car crash

MEDWAY — A Medway woman died in an early morning, single-car crash Thursday, Nov. 26.
Lisa L. Stacy, 38, of 2065 Lake Road in Medway, was driving a 1998 Chevrolet Blazer northbound on Lake Road about 4:20 a.m. Thursday, according to a news release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The Blazer went off the right side of the road, then the left side of the road and struck a tree head-on, troopers said. The SUV then stopped, facing southbound on Lake Road.
The Clark County Coroner’s Office declared Stacy dead at the crash scene.
She was found not wearing a seat belt, troopers said.
The cause of the crash has not been determined and it remains under investigation, troopers said.
No further information was available Thursday morning.
