Woman escapes submerged vehicle

HUBER HEIGHTS — Two bystanders helped a woman escape her vehicle after it went into an area waterway this afternoon.

The woman was taken to a local hospital to be treated for hypthermia-related injuries. None of the bystanders or those aiding the woman were injured.

The car was completely submerged after the accident on Rip rap Road near Taylorsville Road.
