Wright State University’s annual Christmas for Kids toy drive benefits Montgomery and Greene County Children Services.

“The generosity of Wright State faculty, staff and students has made an incredible difference for so many children throughout the Miami Valley,” said Annette McCoy, marketing coordinator for Wright State’s office of communications and marketing.

Montgomery County Children Services uses the donations to stock its Toy Cottage, where parents and foster parents can select items for their children.

Greene County Children Services maintains a list of children and families that donors can “adopt.” McCoy also can help donors who wish to “adopt.” Gifts for these families must be dropped off by Dec. 15 at 013 Dunbar Library.

Christmas for Kids toys can be dropped off for Montgomery County Children Services in 013 Dunbar Library, 116 Allyn Hall, 115 Medical Sciences, or 160 University Hall by Friday, Dec. 9.

For more information, contact McCoy at (937) 775-5022. diana blowers, contributing writer
