Falcon chicks get leg bling

Three Peregrine falcon chicks were fitted with leg bands in Dayton on May18 by Dave Scott and Diana Malas from the Ohio Division of Wildlife. The three chicks named Oakley, Patterson and Kettering were taken from their nesting box atop the Liberty Savings Bank building, banded and had blood samples taken before being returned to the nesting box.
