Here’s why a Hamilton home was surrounded by federal marshals

Federal marshals took a Hamilton man into custody Wednesday morning for a probation violation.

The Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Team surrounded a house in the 500 block of Lawn Avenue and arrested Sebastian Crooker at about 8 a.m., according to Deputy U.S. Marshal Charles Sanso.

Crooker, 21, was wanted on a warrant for a probation violation through Butler County Adult Probation. He was convicted of complicity to burglary in 2015.
