After swinging through New York, Boston, Washington D.C. and Philadelphia earlier this week, Kasich will make a stop at Books & Co. at The Greene at 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Later appearances include book stores in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Chicago, Seattle and San Francisco.

Kasich has appeared on CBS Face the Nation, CBS This Morning, Comedy Central’s The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, ABC’s The View, Fox & Friends, MSNBC Morning Joe, Fox Business’ Mornings with Maria.

Kasich is not the only sitting governor to write a book while in office. Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker wrote “Unintimidated: A Governor’s Story and a Nation’s Challenge,” Texas Gov. Greg Abbott wrote “Broken But Unbowed,” Republican Mike Huckabee wrote a guide to weight loss and healthy eating while serving as Arkansas governor and Republican Rick Perry authored “Fed Up!: Our Fight to Save America from Washington” while serving as Texas governor.
And Lew Wallace, governor of the New Mexico Territory from 1878 to 1881, wrote “Ben-Hur: A Tale of the Christ” in 1880.
