Preliminary development plans for Savannah Place at Yankee Trace, a proposed housing development on Yankee Street, were submitted to Centerville. The plans are scheduled to be discussed Tuesday at a planning commission meeting.
The community would be south of another development—Common Place at Yankee Trace—and north of the housing community that surrounds the Yankee Trace golf course.
