Holiday Open House coming
The annual Holiday Open House celebration will be held Nov. 25 at the Englewood Government Center. Doors open at 6 p.m. with music by the Englewood Civic Band beginning at 6:30. Santa will arrive at 7. Activities continue until 8.
Small Business Saturday event
The Wright-Patterson Enlisted Spouses Club will host a Small Business Saturday Shop Small Bazaar on Nov. 25 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at VFW Post 3283, 5074 Nebraska Ave. Craft vendors being accepted. Bazaar will include handmade crafts, direct sales, clothes, etc. For more, email: email@example.com
Home tour coming
The annual Tippecanoe Christmas in the Village holiday home tour will be held Dec. 2 from noon to 5 pm. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 day of the tour. The tour will include nine homes along Main, Walnut and Fourth streets. For more information, www.TippChristmas.com.
Gingerbread house competition set

Rock hounds gathering
The Miami County Park District will hold its Naturalist Adventure Series “Rock Hounds” on Nov. 26 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Charleston Falls Preserve, 2535 Ross Road. A program on Laughing at Stress will be offered at the Troy-Miami County Public Library on Nov. 20 at 6:30 p.m. Alisha Barton of the Ohio State University Extension Office in Miami County will discuss using humor to deal with stress. Church holding sale
Hoffman United Methodist Church will hold its annual craft show Nov. 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the church activity center. The show will feature more than 20 booths offering a variety of items including jewelry, wood-crafted items, candles, baked goods and more.
