From now until July 1 you can submit your photos to compete in the City of Xenia’s Tree Committee competition. You could win an opportunity to be showcased in the Xenia Daily Gazette and more. Seasonal code enforcement officer

Xenia is accepting applications for a seasonal Code Enforcement Officer. This position assists the planning department with performing code enforcement services such as responding to complaints and inspecting property for code compliance. Applicants must be available from approximately April 1 through approximately Oct. 31.

Miami Valley Cycling Summit May 6

The Little Miami Scenic Trail will be the site of the May 6, Miami Valley Cycling Summit Century Ride. Night Easter Egg Hunt and Star Gazing April 8

On April 8 from 7:30-9 p.m. the 3rd Annual Night Easter Egg Hunt and Star Gazing will be held at Sackett-Wright Park, 3371 State Route 725. Event activities will include a “real egg” partner egg toss, night Easter egg hunt for ages 13 and under, star gazing with local astronomers, campfire and s’mores. Pre-registration is required.
