Miami Twp. police officers said witnesses told them drivers were using their horns to alert the driver, who didn't stop.
Street crews worked about a half-hour to clear the debris.
The spill caused the shutdown of state Route 741 North initially, and later SR 741 South for a short period.
No injuries were reported.
