Dayton house hit by gunfire in drive-by shooting

Shots were fired at a Dayton house early Tuesday morning.

Around 4 a.m., police responded to reports of multiple shots fired in the 1900 block of Arlene Avenue.

Our crew on scene reports a house was struck by several bullets and there are shell casings in front of the house.

A silver Chevrolet Malibu was reportedly seen leaving the scene, according to reports.

This is the second time tonight a house has been the target of a drive-by shooting in Dayton. Around 2:15 a.m., a man was shot while inside his apartment in the 200 block of Hunter Avenue. 

Late Wednesday, a man was shot while he was inside his car at the intersection of Salem Avenue and Shiloh Springs Road.
