The seminar will provide professionals with information related to multi-agency care coordination and their responsibilities of care for senior populations. Professionals, including nurses, social workers, counselors and marriage and family therapists, will be able to use this information to assist clients and their families. In addition, participants will learn about local resources for the elderly.
The seminar is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, at the Madison Lakes Learning and Conference Center, 581 Olive Rd.
