High water from Monday’s record rainfall blocking roads in Greene Co.

Hilltop Road is closed between Fairground and Dayton Xenia roads due to high water.

UPDATE @ 3:40 a.m. 

According to our crew on the scene, Factory Road was reopened by deputies around 3:30 a.m.

New Germany Trebein Road remains blocked between Beaver Valley and Trebein roads due to high water.

FIRST REPORT

After Monday's record amount of rainfall in the Miami Valley, a few spots have closed roads due to high water in Greene County.

High water and road closed signs have been placed at New Germany Trebein Road between Beaver Valley and Trebein roads in Beavercreek Twp., according to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office.

Factory Road, between North Alpha Bellbrook and Indian Ripple roads, a usual spot for flooding in Greene County, is also closed due to high water.

Closures could remain through the morning commute.
