Man charged with 12 drug charges, OVI near Dayton airport

A 55-year-old man was arrested and charged with 12 drug-related charges and OVI near the Dayton International Airport while his 90-year-old mother was in the car with him.

Dayton police initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Terminal and Boeing drives at the Dayton International Airport after observing the vehicle commit a traffic violation.

The driver, Gregg Seebeck, told officers he’s addicted to heroin and fentanyl and recently used earlier in the day, and was arrested for OVI, according to a Dayton police incident report.

Police located multiple used syringes and other drug paraphernalia under the driver’s side seat while searching the car.

Seebeck’s 90-year-old mother was inside the vehicle at the time of his arrest, but police helped her get a taxi that took her home.

We’re working to get more details on a man who was arrested on a dozen drug-related charges and OVI while on the property of the Dayton International Airport Wednesday.

Gregg Seebeck, 55, was arrested on Terminal Drive at Boeing Drive, at the Dayton International Airport at 6:35 p.m. Wednesday, according to online jail records.

Seebeck’s charges include 12 drug-related charges of possession of drug abuse instruments and advertising and possession. Seebeck was also charged with OVI, jail records indicate.

He remains booked in the Montgomery County Jail.
