A person passing by the business noticed flames coming from the roof and called 9-1-1.

The business was not equipped with a fire alarm or sprinklers, which is why crews were not able to respond as quickly as they could have and the fire burned for so long, according to a Franklin fire official.

There are no damage estimates as officials continue to investigate what started the fire, but officials are citing the incident as a devastating blow to the company.
