Police take woman into custody from reported stabbing in Riverside

UPDATe @4:30 a.m. (5/30): A woman is in the Montgomery County Jail on domestic violence and child endangering charges.

Tarrah Carrado, 25, was arrested in the 200 block of Prince Albert Monday night. She is expected to appear in court today.

UPDATE @ 10:50 p.m. (5/29):  The male involved has been released by medics, did not require a trip to a hospital, and has returned to the address on Prince Albert Boulevard.

The woman involved in the reported stabbing left the scene in a Riverside police cruiser.

Riverside police have declined comment.

UPDATE @ 10:30 p.m.:  The woman is now in a Riverside police cruiser, in handcuffs, from the reported stabbing on Prince Albert Boulevard.

A male walked to a medic unit.

INITIAL REPORT

Police and medics are on the scene of an apparent stabbing in Riverside reportedly involving a woman who has wounded a male and now has the knife to her throat.

Police were called to an address on Prince Albert Boulevard on a report of a victim stabbed with a butcher knife. They were dispatched about 10:10 p.m.

People from the neighborhood are near the scene and police have called for extra officers for crowd control.

There is no word about the victim's condition.
