The city saw a 10.7 percent jump while the township’s home values increased 8 percent.
“We are pleased that it appears our residential neighborhoods are bouncing back nicely from the real-estate market crash associated with the recession,” Miamisburg Development Director Chris Fine said in an email. “That speaks to the quality of our neighborhoods, our housing stock, and our quality school district.
“We are confident our neighborhoods will only become more attractive places to live as the city continues to invest in the services and amenities we offer our citizens,” he added.
