Children ages 3-6 can join instructor Shawnah Tibbs-Sergent from 10-11 a.m. on Dec. 1, 8, or 15 to participate in crafts, sing holiday songs, dance and play games.

The workshop will cost $25 for Vandalia residents or members of the Rec Center. Non-residents cost $30. The class size must be a minimum of 5 and a maximum number of 10 children.
