Snow moves past midnight and will persist through the day with 2 inches expected for most. Temperatures overnight will be steady in the teens.

DETAILED FORECAST

MLK Day: Snow showers are expected Monday, and likely will affect both the morning and evening commutes. Most areas look to receive about 2 inches of new snow, but some could see up to 3 inches. Highs will be in the upper 20s.

Tuesday: A few lingering flurries are likely. It’ll be frigid with highs near 10 degrees. Wind chills are expected at or below zero most of the day.

Wednesday: Partly cloudy skies are on tap with highs in the upper teens. 

Thursday: A little bit more sunshine returns. Highs are back in the upper 20s.

Friday: Partly sunny skies wrap up the workweek. It’ll be a notch warmer with highs near normal in the middle 30s.
