The first checkpoint will be located in the 500 block of South Locust Street at 10 p.m. and ending no later than 2 a.m.
Another checkpoint is scheduled for tomorrow, April 27. The time and location for Saturday’s checkpoint will be released the day of. We will update this story when those details become available.
“The checkpoints, along with saturation patrols, are our continuing effort to reduce OVI related crashes resulting in injuries and fatalities”, the release stated.
The Butler County OVI Task Force is funded by U.S. DOT/NHTSA and ODPS.
