Tessa M. Fuller, 19, also was indicted for obstructing justice for allegedly hiding a suspect in the incident, court documents show.

Kettering police named Heizer, Swango and Fuller as members of the “GLO gang” operating around the Kettering area. They are all in the Montgomery County Jail and will be arraigned March 21 on the new charges in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

Heizer will be in court Friday to be sentenced for a brutal attack with a baseball bat last year. The 2016 Fairmont High School graduate pleaded guilty to felonious assault with a deadly weapon for the March 8, 2016, attack of a former classmate with the handle end of the ball bat. He faces between two and eight years in prison.

Heizer also was arrested but later released in connection to the Sept. 8, 2016, shooting death of 16-year-old Ronnie Bowers shortly after he left AlterFest. Kettering police said their investigation into Bowers’ death led them to uncover the “GLO gang” and has led to robbery and other charges against several alleged members.
