Both AAA and Gallon want “to relocate their existing operations” to Moraine, records show. The agreements do not indicate how many jobs would be part of the deals.
Documents indicate AAA, which has several locations in the Dayton area, is considering moving to 4660 Springboro Pike with the help of a $20,000 loan.
Gallon, a longtime Dayton law firm at 40 W. Fourth St., would be in line for a $10,000 loan, records show.
The agreements are scheduled to be considered by Moraine City Council on Thursday night.
