You’ll LOVE the killer views from this new downtown Dayton apartment up for grabs

There are rooms with views and then there are rooms with views.

Several of the units in Delco Lofts apartment building now under construction in downtown Dayton fall into the with views category in big ways.

Those units offer crave-worthy views of Fifth Third Field where the Dayton Dragons hold court and nearby RiverScape MetroPark, which bubbles with activity during the summer months.
