Attorney James Hardin entered a not guilty plea for Graham last week at his arraignment and a trial date was set for March 7.

Today, Hardin indicated he was in the process for getting large amount of evidence from the prosecutor’s office and Graham was willing to sign a time waiver so that he can prepare his defense.

Hardin did ask Judge Greg Stephens to reconsider bond that was set at $150,000, noting the charges against Graham were much less than the charges against the other two co-defendants.

Stephens declined to lower Graham’s bond, but asked for pretrial services to interview him before his next court date. Graham is scheduled to be back in court March 6.
