The officers detected an odor of marijuana on Robinson and in the vehicle, according to a police report. A search of Robinson turned up 21 grams of cocaine, and he was arrested for drug abuse.
Robinson was already under indictment on multiple charges of possession of cocaine, trafficking cocaine, possession of heroin and possession of heroin and possession of a rifle and was out on bond at the time of the arrest, according to Lt. Jim Cunningham and court documents.
Robinson was also a back-seat passenger in a car shot multiple times during the hearing morning hours of Jan. 1 at Roosevelt and Wicoff, police said. Teresa Shields, 26, of Middletown, who was the front-seat passenger in the 2010 Audi was killed in the drive-by shooting.

On Wednesday, Robinson was scheduled to appear in Butler County Common Pleas Court before Visiting Judge James Brogan.
Cunningham said Robinson was in the courtroom, but left and did not appear when his case was called. A bench warrant has been issued for his arrest.
