Man hid under pre-teen's bed, left creepy note on nightstand, police said

A Florida man was arrested, accused of hiding under the bed of an 11-year-old neighbor.

David Hanggigoble was charged this week with aggravated stalking or cyberstalking of a minor younger than 16 and unarmed burglary of an occupied dwelling, the Naples News reported.

The girl said that she was getting ready for school Monday after her mother had left the apartment. When she left the bathroom, she told police that she saw a man hiding under her bed. She ran from the room, planning to call her mother, but her mother just happened to call home.

The girl told her mother what happened.

By the time police arrived, the man was gone, but they found a lewd note written on cardboard left on a nightstand, the Naples News reported.

Deputies said they found Hanggigoble outside the apartment, and that he admitted he went inside after knocking, saying he was there to borrow a ratchet set, according to the police report.

But this week's event wasn't the first time the family said they've seen Hanggigoble.

A month ago, the family says he asked to use their bathroom. The girl declined.

Two weeks ago, the mother found a tablet computer on the steps to their apartment. When she looked at it, it was playing explicit videos, the Naples News reported.

After the mother picked it up, police said Hanggigoble said the tablet was his and she told him not to leave it out where children can see it.
