Cox Media Group Ohio, in concert with the 88th Air Base Wing Public Affairs Office, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, is launching Wright Patt Today, a suite of free daily media products, to better serve the local military community and those who support it.

Wright-Patterson AFB is one of the largest Air Force bases in the world, with direct connections to more than 350,000 local residents.

“The military community is the heart of the Dayton area,” said Jana Collier, CMGO vice president of content. “The work they do is vital to the protection of our country, and it also enriches our community. We want to support that effort by bringing together important local and national military news in one place.”

Content for Wright Patt Today will come from the local Dayton Daily News, Springfield News-Sun, WHIO-TV and WHIO Radio staff, as well as from news partners like the Associated Press, Washington Post and New York Times. It will also include content from Skywrighter, the base newspaper, which will expand awareness of the base’s mission and its people.
