Majo was originally charged with one count murder, but the case was represented to a grand jury on Feb. 15, said Mike Huber, court bailiff.
Majo is now formally indicted on one count aggravated murder; two counts murder; one count rape; one count aggravated burglary; and one count aggravated robbery.
The two murder counts have a sexual motivation specification, Huber said.
The aggravated murder count carries three specifications: felony murder; murder to escape; and sexual motivation, Huber said. If Majo is found guilty of any specification, he will be eligible for the death penalty.
Majo pleaded not guilty Friday where bond remained at $1 million Friday.
