New retail development with Aldi’s store planned for Beavercreek

A new retail development — anchored by grocery retailer Aldi — is coming to Beavercreek.

A new 35,000-square-foot retail development is in the works on North Fairfield Drive following a land sale transaction, according to OnSite Retail Group.

The Aldi, located at the south end of the development, will span 18,500 square feet. Salon Lofts will occupy 4,000 square feet of space north of the Aldi. Salon Lofts offer individual suites where hair stylists, massage therapists, skin care and nail specialists run their salons.

The land sale was brokered by Eric Abroms and Andrew Feinblatt of Cincinnati-based OnSite Retail Group. OnSite represented Nashville, Tenn.-based BSM Beavercreek in the purchase of 5.46 acres of land. The land is situated near Hobby Lobby and Target.

It is located at the northeast corner of North Fairfield Road and Lakeview Drive. Construction is set to start this summer, and retailers will open in the new shopping center in early 2017.

OnSite is a commercial real estate brokerage company founded in 2010.

Feinblatt said they are “thrilled with the significant amount of interest” for the remaining open spaces.
