MORAINE —
The 911 Emergency system is still active, but at this time, the telephone system for the Police Department and the Safety building is currently non-functioning.
Sargent Mike Keegan of the Moraine Police Department is requesting all Moraine residences to call the Montgomery County Dispatch at 225-4357 should they need non-emergency contacts.
Technicians are working to restore the phone system.
