FRANKLIN —
A 3-year-old boy who went missing Thursday afternoon in Franklin has been found safe at the home of a neighbor, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office said.
The child was reported missing at approximately 3:30 p.m. from a home in the 6600 block of Linwood Road, according to the sheriff’s office.
Several crews searched the neighborhood and a K-9 unit was called to help locate the child, who was last seen wearing a black coat, red shirt and blue hat.
