MIAMI TWP., Montgomery Co. —
A crash at the intersection of Ohio 725 and Ohio 741 Wednesday resulted in the OVI arrest of a Dayton man, according to troopers.
John R. Ellis was arrested following the crash. The arrest was Ellis’ ninth OVI arrest during his lifetime, troopers said.
Ellis appeared in Miamisburg Municipal Court on Thursday, where he pled not guilty to the offense, according to authorities.
He is scheduled back in Miamisburg Municipal Court on January 31.
No injuries were reported during the crash Wednesday, troopers said.
