Ex-WSU prof indicted

A longtime Wright State University professor and one-time Oakwood Board of Education president was charged this week in federal court with possessing child pornography, a felony crime.

A one-count indictment alleges James Uphoff knowingly possessed one or more books, video tapes or other matter containing visual depictions involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct, according to records in the U.S. Southern District of Ohio Court in Dayton.
