HARRISON TWP. —

A man who told authorities he was robbed Monday afternoon in Harrison Twp. was arrested on an outstanding warrant, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said.

The victim walked to the Sunoco at 3600 Salem Avenue to report his being robbed at a bus stop in the area of Free Pike and Salem Avenue, according to the sheriff’s office.

Deputies, after a search of the area, said they found two juveniles believed to have been involved in the incident. The juveniles, both males, are in custody.

The victim claimed the two had a gun but deputies said no weapon was recovered.

During the robbery investigation, deputies found that the victim was wanted on arrest. The charge was not specified. . He is in the custody of the sheriff’s office.
