Clayton police were called to a bar on North Union Road Sunday morning on a report of a fight and shots fired. When they arrived, they found a woman who had been hit by a vehicle.

CLAYTON —

A woman who was struck by a vehicle in the parking lot of a bar has been treated and released from the hospital.

Clayton police said they were originally dispatched to Lights and Sirens, 6504 N. Union Road, around 12:48 a.m. Sunday on the report of shots fired.

Lt. Matt Hamlin with the Clayton Police Department said several vehicles were trying to leave the scene when the shots started, and one of those vehicle struck a parked car and then the woman. The driver will face traffic charges, he said.

Police are still looking for three unknown males accused of firing shots into the air. Police recovered seven shell casings from a 9 mm handgun.

No one was struck by a bullet.
