Would you like to own a piece of the former Mercy Medical Center in Springfield?

Members of the community can obtain a brick keepsake on Thursday, Sept. 29, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Springfield Regional Medical Center outside the cafeteria on the Garden Level.

There will be a limit of two bricks per person, while supplies last.

There is no cost to collect a brick, but donations will be accepted with proceeds going to purchase a mobile mammography vehicle.
