Prostitute and john arrested, drugs found

DAYTON —

Two people were arrested Monday night after police say they admitted to exchanging sex for money.

David Smith, 39, is facing charges of solicitation, loitering to engage and prostitution. According to a Dayton Police incident report, he picked up 23-year-old Nicole Lewis on East Third Street and drove her to his house where he payed her $20 to perform oral sex on him.

Lewis is facing charges of possession of drugs, soliciting, loitering to engage and prostitution.

The report said when police confronted Lewis coming out of Smith’s St. Nicholas Avenue home, she reached into his car to get the money and officers saw her try to hide a cigarette box under the seat.

They recovered it and discovered it contained .15 grams of crack cocaine and a crack pipe.
