CLAY TWP., Montgomery County — A truck driver who was killed after his tractor-trailer ended up on its top on Ohio 49 at the ramp for Interstate 70 east, has been identified as Edward Harris, 59 of Winchester, Ind.

The autopsy for Harris is scheduled for today, according to a Montgomery County Coroner’s official.

The accident was reported at 5:40 a.m. and had the ramp closed until shortly before 11 a.m.

Initial reports suggest that the accident might have resulted in a fuel spill.

The tractor-trailer was filled with steel coils.

No other information was immediately available.
