JEFFERSON TWP. —
A man shot at the Imperial Night Club last week has died of his injuries.
Brandon Hunter, 27, died from a wound to his abdomen two days after he was admitted to Miami Valley Hospital, according to the results of the autopsy performed at the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.
Hunter succumbed to his injuries while a patient in the surgical intensive care unit, according to the coroner’s investigator.
The shooting happened Jan. 30 on the property of the night club, 5350 W. Third St., Jefferson Twp.
Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies responded to the club at approximately 1:45 a.m. and found the victim.
Early reports indicated investigators found several shell casings on the ground outside the back door of the club. Authorities have not announced that any arrests have been made.
