BEAVERCREEK —
Police located the driver of a crash on Grange Hall Road early Thursday, after the driver of a pickup truck fled the scene.
A driver of a pickup truck was believed to be driving south on Grange Hall around 3 a.m. Thursday, when the driver reportedly lost control and drove off the right side of the road, according to reports. The vehicle crashed into a power pole and snapped the pole in half, bringing down live power lines.
Officers eventually located the driver in the area of Seajay Drive around 4:45 a.m.
Grange Hall Road will be closed between Largo Lane and Patterson Road until approximately 8 a.m. while Dayton Power & Light crews work to repair the damaged pole.
