Robbery reported at RTA stop

DAYTON —

A Dayton man was robbed at gunpoint just after getting off the bus late Sunday night, police said.

Anthony Littlejohn, 21, said he had just gotten off the RTA bus at Cornell and Kippling drives when a man pointed a gun at the back of his neck and demanded all of his belongings, according to the Dayton police report.

The suspect then took the man’s wallet, cash, cellphone and earrings, according to the report.

The total value of the stolen items is estimated at $450, police said.

Littlejohm told police he had never seen the man before and that the suspect was wearing black jeans, a purple hoodie and a dark-colored bandana covering his face.

The incident remains under investigation.
