DAYTON —
A car nearly collided into an Irving Street house this afternoon, but came to a rest on the porch.
The crash was reported around 12:55 p.m. at 517 Irving Street. The car knocked down some railing on the porch, but did not cause any damage to the house, according to reports. The house is located near the University of Dayton campus.
No one was injured.
Two residents said drivers speed around a curve on the roadway frequently. The driver was cited for failure to control.
