Nationwide warrants issued in Walmart carjacking

UPDATE @ 7:15 p.m. (Oct. 12)

Butler Twp. police said today they are enlisting the help of the U.S. Marshal’s Service to catch two suspects who assaulted a woman and stole her SUV on Saturday from the Walmart parking lot.

The victim, a 61-year-old woman, was shoved to the ground in the robbery.

“The male suspect actually grabbed onto her, like as an opposing lineman, and threw her to the ground to the point that she rolled a little bit,” said Detective Kevin Sink. “After that was done, the female suspect runs directly to the passenger side of the car, she jumps in and they take off.”

Nationwide warrants have been issued for 26-year-old Jordan Clark and 25-year-old Marina R. Seibert, Sink said, who are from Tipp City and Dayton. However, they may be traveling cross country.

“Going into their social media to see who they talk to, who they’re friends with and whatnot, there’s contact they have out west. Got some contacts I’ve seen from California, and some contacts I’ve seen on the male end from Oklahoma, possibly Colorado,” Sink said.

Both suspects have prior records.

Anyone with information is urged to call Huber Heights police dispatch at 937-233-2080 or Crime Stoppers, 937-222-STOP(7867).
